Meatballs

8 T. dry onion soup mix (click for link to homemade mix)
2 lb. ground beef
3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2/3 c. ketchup.

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into golf ball sized balls and place into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
3.  Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.

I also like to make them with half ground beef and half ground hot sausage.

Make a big batch and freeze the extra for an easy week night meal.

Enjoy!
